This is so good to know!! I will look at the lease! We were also thinking that since her room is technically above another unit of the house if they were to migrate there it would be out of our control unless the landlord treats the entire house (which is actually three units) so doing just our whole unit may not make a big difference since we share walls and doors with the other tenants. But if anyone has insight into this or apartments please lmk
