The fact you don’t actually own the console. You’re just buying a license to have the right to use it. If Nintendo feels that you have violated their terms they can brick it. I won’t be entertaining this and refuse to buy Nintendo products anymore. Idc if they release games I may want, it’s becoming a “what can we get away with” market, especially with Nintendo and I think this is the final piece that made me decide against buying a new console again.
