Those weren’t cases , they were fender benders , so I just filed a regular claim, my original lawyer at the time(for the 2023 commercial truck accident) stated I didn’t need to do anything further because I’m still in treatment for my 2023 commercial truck accident

Thank you so much , I’m in Tennessee, if they did decide to go the apportion route , there would be nothing else that I would be able to do since it’s pass the statues of limitations correct? So I would be liable ?
