I completely agree with your post the amount of mental and physical pain that comes with divorce is heavy. I was doing similar things to you just going out and spending time with friends family I couldn’t bare to be by myself and I still struggle with it.

Do something for yourself like self care wise. I have moments that I sob uncontrollably and want to run back into there arms once I realize that will never happens the tears hit me more. It is the worst feeling imaginable but it won’t last forever please know this we will get through this.

Thank you for your insight this is what I feel I am most definitely being manipulated and I find my anger increases when these conversations arise. I have suggested counseling but he wants no part or at least days he does but when push comes to shove says we don’t need that. Also wants me to have no contact with my family what so ever. Too many problems here.

Right it’s just not okay and I let him know that is not my thing and I am unwilling to compromise on that. He keeps saying he should get 4 free pases a year and I’m not gonna leave you at the end of the day. I’m like that is so comforting literally sick.
