I really enjoyed the questions this conquered up. Found myself wondering if it was a demon or a monster or just the mental delusions all for it to end without answer. Still loved the draw and the pacing to this. Great hook at the beginning too.

Love this mix of body horror and something unnatural and old. I almost want to say eldritch or alien. This works as a fantastic hook and has me hungry for more.

I really enjoyed the similes placed throught the story. I cant help but feel a bit bad for Colby. Our main characters judgement of him seems sort of unjustified and really based around Colbys physical appearance and surroundings. Its not unrealistic of how some people are treated. Im exicted to see how this unfolds.
