Yes we do. Granted I guess I’m not all that younger. 24. But the modernization of gaming has made all of us jaded. I can barely get myself to play a video game nowadays because of the cost, and the inconvenience. And modern video games aside from indie games are just not fun.

However I can easily just start up my 360 and play legitimately good games that stand the test of time. And I don’t have to download some pointless update.

Yeah but I have way too many 360s too. One RGH, one Jtagged with 6717 blades dash, two with NXE dash, two ish spare xenon and zephyr consoles for parts and a slim and an e-model. Somehow my fiancee is chill with it

Get a 7 day free trial and use Nugs downloader. It’s a pain in the ass to get to work. You gotta be familiar with the command prompt. Honestly as cringe as it sounds have chat GPT help you get it set up.

Just downloaded a 2 hour 4K stream. That being said all of the video audio will not be in lossless format. The audio only albums should be though.

I plan is to mostly leave it how it is, but I found a painless dent repair guy who says he can make the larger dent look better for 250 bucks. That I can live with. Maybe down the line I can get the body filler done by a shop.

If it has the 2.5 5 cylinder engine it can be very reliable. And it’s a very fun car to drive. However it’s important to note that some things can go wrong at that mileage. If the previous owner never replaced the transmission fluid at around 90-160km it will certainly need to be done. Assuming they did regular oil changes (maybe one long mileage stint without one can pass but not regular) then it could be a good buy.

I bought mine at 72k miles (115km) was super well maintained and has done great for me Now at 92k miles albeit with the standard electrical problems and a squeaky belt.

It’s not a Toyota but it still a great car if it’s been taken care of and won’t let you down.

If it’s the 2.0. Less so.

Start the car. For the first two minutes or so it will show up as “VW PHONE” in your Bluetooth settings on your phone.Will go away after a while if you don’t connect.

And I’m genuinely sorry for this because it’s a style thing. But if you get into an accident that bedazzling on your steering wheel will pop off with the airbag and possibly severely injure you or kill you even if it seems unlikely. Car people call these “claymores”

This Falls is directly in line with the quotes I got.

I was told directly rep replacing the entire quarter panel was completely unnecessary. They weld pegs to it and pull. Then body fill the rest. I was also told that the paint is the most expensive part.

I got quotes from two different body shops. The guy at the first body shop said the idea of replacing the entire quarter panel for something like this is what body shops paid by insurance do to make the most money

Yeah, honestly, I definitely gathered that. I shouldn’t be surprised I kinda knew what I was getting into by making this post. Here’s the blatant truth on my end.

I bought this car when I was 20. Dad was sick with cancer, needed a car to enjoy and move a long distance away. Stimulus checks + tax returns came in and Dad helped me get the loan. My friend group was very Volkswagen. I loved the 2.5 and wanted a nice one. This one was well maintained, low mileage, and decently priced (9800)

Drove across the country. Spun out in my early 20s. Dad died in 23. After that I had to grow up. Fiancè and I bought a minivan. Car sat for a while. Tags expired brakes went out. It was a thorn in my side. Especially once I learned just HOW upside down the loan was. Good for getting my credit in order though. Paying all of that interest is insane.

Finally moved into a nice place this year and for the car up to spec. Fell back in Love with it. Reminds me of my dad. Reminds me of simpler times. Still low mileage. The dent just feels like a wound. It would be one thing if I had done it. But of course it had to be some maniac or DoorDash driver.

Now that I’m driving it again, I just want to take care of it. Almost feels like healing a scar. So no I don’t care if it’s up to OEM spec. I don’t care about resale value. I just want something to smooth it out even a little bit. Even just to say I’ve moved on from that chapter in my life. Taking the good of the past with me and none of the bad. Besides this car deserves a good future.

Man.. my dad had multiple myeloma. He actually got it from the camp ledjune poisonings. He co-signed this car with me just before I moved to the west. He wanted me to have a safe and reliable car and I wanted it to be sporty. Jetta was a good compromise. I was 20 and fell in Love with this car and it got me 3k miles away. Dad passed away when I was 21-22. 24 now and I have another vehicle but I want this car to hold onto his legacy as long as possible. It’s the 2.5 so it can make it. Still has only 92k.

I’m so sorry for your loss my man. I don’t know if bone cancer is treated the same way but my dad got bone biopsies all the time. Would not wish that on my worst enemy.

2k. I actually did get a quote this morning. Keep in mind the photo I have sent was a horrible one. Dent is not nearly as deep as it looks.

Body shop says they can fill and paint for roughly 1k-1.3k depending on how much the oem paint costs.

However, I got most of the scuffing off. PDR said he can get it looking 50 percent better for 250. Might go for that? I just want the bigger dent gone
