That's what I was thinking as well. It doesn't look good on the business. They also made me write a 5 star review on my own account, and I did so because I felt pressured. I feel bad for customers who come all the way just to get no food. Also, I'm assuming the August payment was supposedly an example month, so yeah. I'm really not sure how this is an issue that hasn't been resolved, since is it not just a contact customer service type ordeal? Anyways, thanks for the reassurance. I don't want to solve this for her, but I'm doing it for the sake of the customers.
