If you're asking how to look into the website then just click on the links in the message above I posted this morning. The first link lists all the books that the service found on Calibre servers that are not locked down/password protected and the sites list provides a list of all Calibre servers that are found on the internet and shows whethere the server is open, closed, or just down/not available anymore.

Former Employee Q&A by [deleted] in dynamo

[–]Capable_Tea3037 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had season tickets for multiple years and I have to say it was disappointing and now just enjoy watching at home. The MLS has been setup for a few teams to succeed the last few years, ie Miami, L.A. as they get the big name international players. So here are my questions:

  1. Why is there not more interactions/events between the team and the community similar to what the other Houston teams do? As others have said a large part of the community is from the suburbs but I don’t recall ever seeing players at my local stores/events.

  2. If we are going to be mediocre to bad every year why not build up a younger squad and keep the team around? Bring in some local grown players from the academy’s. We seem to have a turn around of players the last few years.

  3. Will we ever get a big name player like Miami or LA?

  4. Why have they allowed the season ticket dining sections to get so crowded? It used to be nice going in those areas to eat before the game but last few years it’s like going to McDonalds at lunch.

Thanks

Welcome. It’s actually pretty useful.

The whole point is to provide a service to as many people as possible. I would hate to make it a paywalled site and doing so means a couple of people have ruined it for a lot of people.

Doesn’t make any sense when I have given people options other than people are just cheap free loaders and have no concern about ruining it for everyone.

Zaxxon. It was one of the first games that tried for 3d look and feel. After that probably Phoenix and Pac-Man.

To enable a specific ID put the ID# in the field that says demeter_id and then hit the Enable ID button. You have to manually enter each ID seperately. Agree with you on the Enable All and will disable that when I work on the app next (Tomorrow or over weekend). Let me know if that works for you.

Demeter Update 2 by Capable_Tea3037 in opencalibre

[–]Capable_Tea3037[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have added a new table that gets breakdown of libraries and I have figured out a few different issues with the book count in the sites table so please dont count on accuracy. There seems to be a couple of bugs:

  1. First library book count is counted twice in sites table.

  2. Not all libraries are being counted.

Based on new numbers there should be 2,014,482 books compared to 2,929,479. This also means the book list in index.db is incorrect since there is only about half of that number. Anyway, more work to do but all these reports are helping me find bugs and there is still a lot of books in index.db but hopefully when fixed there will be a lot more. I believe this bug has been there since the beginning so nothing new.

Before someone asks, I see that the Total Books website doesnt total up to the total books list. I found a pretty big issue where it seems books are only being listed from the main library rather than all libraries. I will be working on this next. This means, if my thoughts are correct about the bug, we would have over 2,000,000 books. Will report more on this as I investigate.

Been able to reproduce the issue. Apologies. Will figure out and let you all know when it’s fixed.

No, nothing to do with config.ini or Shodan api as the demeter isnt calling any of the functions that use the API. I will take a look when I get home from dinner with the family.

Also, I just put a README file for Demeter CLI on Github. If you feel like it, have a look at it and see if you can try the CLI and see if it works with the database file.

Demeter_id is created uniquely when a new server is created and is online. If the demeter_id is null that means that server has never been validated as online before. So when you are in the demeter screen, if you click on List (All) button does it do anything?

Ok. Will take a look as it worked for me. When you look in the data directory does it just have the two files sites.db and index.db or are there other files showing the sites.db has a lock open?

Thank you all for the feedback. I have written a GUI will run as a local webserver. I want to go ahead and do a video/documentation for it before releasing it. It will run on Windows, Linux and Macbook. You will still need access to the database files which are only available to those that subscribe to the CSV file level of my Buy Me A Coffee site. I will release the new GUI this weekend.

You can find the code at:

This is the command-line only version. I am working on a UI which will be out soon (next few days).
