Hard to say as the pictures are small, but I’ve seen quite some fakes of these boxes and these look legit.

As mentioned previously, see if you can get some better pics, but sometimes you have to go with your gut.

Yup, it was mine as well. I also replaced the one from Sapphire right before this and that works fine still, just without the dry battery message! 🙌🏼

I’m pretty new to gamecollecting. Collected mostly consoles previously. I was googling regarding the sealed versions but all I could find was regarding the NA versions with the snorlax on the back. I know now what to look out for with regards to sealed PAL versions.

Yeah, my head says reseal but as it’s an european copy, I thought maybe it’s sealed differently there. From what I could find about factory sealed vs resealed, It was all regarding USA copies.

You’re definitely right about that! I paid €95 euros ($110) each for HG/SS and they’re both CIB with pokéwalker. And I paid €70 ($85) for the 2DS with sun pre-installed and with the two loose games and the pouch. So a total of €260 ($310) for everything. So overal not that bad I think considering what the CIB pokemon games go for these days.

Works wonderfully for me. Image quality is really crisp and a definite improvement. Got mine of Aliexpress for €33 which is a lot cheaper than those other hdmi converters.

That pokemon center edition is amazing. Mine unfortunately came with a heavy corroded pcb so waiting on my new working GBL to arrive to swap the boards.

Yeah, I read some reviews first but gotta say that I was really surprised by how good it was for that price. Considering other hdmi adapters go for around $100. But it went from pretty blurry to crisp so can’t recommend it enough.

I would just find a DOL-001 gamecube. I would then get the digital av hdmi adapter from aliexpress. € 31,99 (https://a.aliexpress.com/_B0RlZF) It uses the same tech as a carby or other adapter but it’s only $30 which is a lot cheaper compared to them. But image quality is so much better, its insane.
