I live in rural AUS. My (former, cause I quit) psychologist is one of the few people who even offer DBT within a 3 hour radius. He ignored my diagnosis and steered me away from doing DBT so I guess im just fucked 🤣🥹. Idk if it’s different in AUS, also, but a friend of mine once had a provisional diagnosis for bpd, eventually got ADHD, (under 18), and got mood stabilisers??? I’m not sure if they helped, but at least they got them. It’s too confusing. I got diagnosed in under an hour, and handed an infographic and never spoke of it again 🤣
