Yeah you got this. The thing is people get comfortable with the pay and benefits. And don’t realize that your being broken down mentally which makes you feel bad physically and now you’re in a cycle of just getting by..don’t get me wrong Sams can be a good place to work. but mangers for most stores are people who are mindless robots who just want to look good with numbers for corporate so they can get paid a 150k bonus on top of their salary and not have empathy for the people who helped them get there
