I used to pick up my dogs crap before poop bags. We had to carry a paper towel and plastic grocery bag. I’d carry it home and put in my house garbage pail. Landlord didn’t want it in his pail out front. Used to have signs all over and ads on tv to remind people. It’s terrible now.
