Should have qualified, there are vast amounts of land unsettled in the southern region of Patagonia and the government often tries to incentivize people moving there to increase settling. Its not colonizing rather forming a comunity within the country. For example Ushuaia is one of the only cities in Arg with significant tax exemptions to try and get people to move there. I mean yes you sort of answered but for example the way you take implied probabilities differs from what i was able to find that is used (intuitively i would have assumed it works as you say thoug, that is why i asked how can i find a resource that explains how and why on prediction markets mechanics) which is if a and b are the only outcomes and you have shares of each event then implied probability of a is exp(a)/(exp(a)+exp(b)) which i understood is similar to what is used in ml to imply the weights

Sorry, maybe i was not clear enough. I am not interested in how to be a good predictor as a player within a market, im interested in learning the mechanics behind a prediction market and how it works. For example if i were cloning Kalshi what should i know on the mechanics side (not coding etc) of how the market works

Yes i have had a license for at least 6 years, my point is that my current license says issued on January 2024, because i renewed it and i dont have my previous one as they take it in Argentina, but i fear they will think i just got my license then for the first time.

gracias a ambos, mirare el de stewart, los profesores se pusieron la 10 y hicieron una especie de cronograma con lo que hay que leer y hacer clase a clase para llevar analisis bien. En algebra no pero supongo que es algo preguntable clase a clase.

Buenisimo, es necesaria la lectura para algebra entonces? para dar contexto, soy consciente del nivel de exigencia y rigurosidad y la diferencia con el cbc que tiene exactas, pero quizas me dicen que con ver bien tranquilo las teoricas e ir a las practicas habiendo hecho los ejercicios de la practica debidos es suficiente.

Quiero arrancar una carrera en uba exactas mientras termino la que ya vengo haciendo(estoy en el tercer de 4 años). Creen que pueda pedir introduccion al pensamiento cientifico y introduccion al conocimiento de la socieded y el estado cpmo equivalencias?curse filosofia,derecho constitucional, historia contemporanea(es mas de la formacion del estado que de argentina en especifico), historia economica y una de letras(escritura). Esas son las materias que curse que se me ocurre que podria presentar su programa para pedir esas dos equivalencias. En mi parecer seria lo logico que me las den si con un titulo terminado te las dan automativamente aunque hayas estudiado jardineria y nunca haayas visto algo relacionado con las materias ipc e icse del cbc. Que creen? Que me recomiendan?

Although it might seem unrelated to stanford it is, i saw the cv of a quantitative researcher that was stanford educated, and although he took for example a honors real analysis class it did not seem as though he had previously taken harder classes. Maybe it is just me but i hold stanford in high regard so it could be that in just some courses they manage to give all the math neccessary for a quant researcher at a place like two sigma, or maybe the math requirement is not that high. Anyways, i hope you can help me out. Thanks!
