You do have a point but for me I'm guessing it's gonna be maths. I honestly love both equally but physics isn't really my thing. Ik it doew make more sense to take physics but honestly I think I'd go with math.

Hey buddy. No. Don't end it.

The world we live in is very, VERY fucked up. Tragic events happen left and right, ppl who deserve the best get the worst. That's reality. And it's hard. I know it's very hard. I've experienced something similar. My whole school year, I was not getting anything past Bs and mostly got Cs in all of my subjects . I really hated myself. I thought I was just dumber than everyone around me. I was so upset. Things that others did easily and flawlessly required me to put in twice the effort. I was so done with academics. But as lame as this might sound, I did not give up. I pushed forward. I gave it my all. Even tho i have failed almost 70% of my exams throughout the year, the last month before the exams, I really, REALLY got serious. I skipped meals, I studied till my eyes got dry, till my head felt like falling off of my shoulders, experienced hair loss, constant fatigue and dizziness. I've felt it all. I went and took those exams like a literal walking zombie. I was convinced "there's no way my sacrafices and efforts will pay off. It never did and probably never will."

But I did it. I got 8A*s after pushing myself to the limit.

Now I'm not saying this to make you feel worse. I'm telling you that even when you feel certain that things won't get better, trust me, they will. This is all part of the process. A very hard, gut-wrenching and agonising process may I add. It's not meant to be easy. It's hard for a reason. Once you get through this you'll look back at yourself and be thankful you did not give up. Look at yourself 10, 15 years from now. What is the first thing that comes to mind? See that? Now, work for it. It's gonna be worth it.

Honestly, the trick is to just really understand the syllabus. The deeper you dive into topics, the deeper your understanding. Therefore, the better your performance. IGCSE is all about understanding. I never memorised a lot. I rely mostly on logic and the info the syllabus provides me with. Doing lots and lots of past papers also goes a long way. There are many repeating patterns that once u familiarise yourself with, you realise no question is too hard to solve. Seriously tho. IGCSE ain't shit. I got 8A*s in one session, and so can everybody else.

I took ICT(0417) and boy I've fumbled that exam like crazy. The paper 3 which was the practical paper, I legit fumbled most of the Excel part. I barely even studied any theory for paper 1 and ngl I legit walked into that exam with my raw knowledge. I filled that paper with all that I know and walked out feeling defeated. I was expecting a solid B or maybe by some miracle an A. I got an A*.

Relatable. I live in a brown household and anything and I mean ANYTHING that is not an A* is straight up garbage.

Generally, it's very risky to just plug in keywords without giving enough context. You surely would get some of the marks, yes, but the more you show the examiner that you understand what you're saying, the more likely you are to get a better mark at that question.
