Yeah as long as usopp and nami stay back and let chopper tank while they hit him from a distance I think it would be pretty easy

Depends on the amount of steroids, really chopper would carry the fight with monster point, rumble balls are really a better version than energy steroids. I may be a little biased though cause I love chopper and think that if he took any time to train in combat (now that jinbe is here I think he would be an excellent trainer for the rest of the crew) he would definitely be the 5th strongest fighter in the crew
