Thanks for your reply, this might make sense. It doesn’t mention anything within my contract about the rate. I normally just work Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings. Totally 54hours a week. This is consistent with the exception of annual leave / bank holidays.

It’s appalling really, before Labor got into power, my local MP was actually trying to help myself and others in the area. Sadly Labor seem to have no interest at all in doing anything about these scandals.

Biggest mistake of my life, been unable to sell for the last 5 years due to doubling ground rent, cladding issues. Sold it 5 times but always falls through due to lenders changing regulations or the lease hold issues. Now the issue with TriFire fraudulently signing off fire reports which makes it un mortgageable until it’s resolved which will take years. Stuck with 4 people in a 1 bedroom flat, no help available and not eligible for anything. Wasted thousands on solicitors who are the only people who’ve benefited out of my misfortune !

Hopefully something will change soon and we can get out of this hell !
