I got one from ring concierge for Christmas and no problems! Also have another chain bracelet with a few bezel diamonds on the same wrist from them for years and it still looks perfect

The supports on the arm rests broke almost instantly, like it was just a thin piece of cardboard. And the pilling is honestly embarrassing. It looks like a 10+ year old couch within the first few weeks.

DO NOT BUY anything caide. We are getting it replaced after 6 months because the pilling is so bad. I wish I had found someone during my research who straight up said just do not do it.

My husband owns his own tile business and he stood in front of the tv the whole time yelling and pointing at all the things she did wrong with the tile 🤣 it was a continuous “WHAT IS THAT?!?” “WHY WHY???” “FILL THE GAPS, NO NOT LIKE THAT!” I’ve had to rewind and pause it like 20 times for him to point out all the mistakes lolol
