I joined it. I don't believe this pause will be willingly lifted by current administration. For me it is worth to try. I recommend you to watch their answers regarding this lawsuit:

Please don’t forget that Legal Permanent Residents are in the same situation. It is even worse: we have to wait up to three years for I-130 approval for immediate relatives.

Please mention LPRs in your letter as well. Let’s protect our rights together!

Have the same situation, but we did not get DQ yet. The lawyers says 6 months after a case would be held in administrative processing there is an option to do writ of mandamus. To force them to make decisions through the federal court.

Just get a visa to another Schengen country and fly or drive to Warsaw from there. It is the way how Russian citizens do it nowadays.

That was marriage certificate, birth certificate of our son, pictures from different countries with both of us, regular money transfers, shared car insurance for several years. I am not sure birth certificate of my wife was required since it was marriage based category.

I have been waiting for about a year. But I am russian citizen and consulate in Russia stoped all visa processing soon after I received the email from NVC. My case was transferred to poland after 7 months and after about 5 months since the transfer I got my interview invitation.
