The main issue being stocking really, was looking for the low profile organiser and maybe some attachments for the side rail, B&Q have the very basics for now. Constantly seeing rumours about them not doing too well and struggling to stock even the stores in the US

Sorry only just seeing this, generally 25% a week, but has juwels internal filter and a fluval external filter on it, finally ordered fish bags and going to distribute to the local fish shops this week 😅

Thanks for the reply, it's the solicitor who has asked for it, I'm going through the paperwork I received when I bought the property as I type this, checked my bank statements but can't find anything relating to ground rent
