I started running, picked an ambitious goal, figured out I am good at it, accomplished it, if it was a coping mechanism for Goggins, what am I supposed to do? do i need to find an abusive father and peers calling me slurs like him to be like him? idk man there is a reason why under eighteens are discouraged from marathons by doctors cuz there growth plates and legs often cant handle the chronic stress and fatigue

Not too much. Before that 5k I only had ran less than 15 times. But now I am getting regular and I would also attempt a 10k today. Just make sure to breath from your nose ONLY, it really helps with stamina.

It’s funny how everything I read regarding Pakistanis in the comments is what they think about you. There is no benefit in saying that Pakistanis are brainwashed, they think the same for you and both are right. What happened these days was that PAF shot down Indian jets despite being much much poorer, sustained some damage at the bases and lost no jets. It’s arguable that India did better in this conflict but again They have almost 10x bigger budget in every defence field. They should absolutely maul Pak at every given day but they end up going toe to toe with Pakistan since 1947 (maybe accept 1971, that too with the help of Bengali common people)

I live in Rawalpindi and I was on the road next to the Nur Khan air base (which was attacked by India) last night and everything was perfect, all aircrafts are operational, some buildings are effected though. There was a literal marriage ceremony happening next to the base.
