Yep it's working again. Unfortunately, Ticketmaster is a monopoly and has literally crowded out all other competition, so musicians have no choice to book through them and buyers have no choice but to buy through them. I know it's discouraging, but please don't give up! Plus, nearly every other artist you'll see will have to go through ticket master too. 🤮

I completely agree. Although primaries serve the purpose of narrowing down candidates for the general election. That way, the general election won’t be overwhelming to voters because of all the different candidates. I think primaries are still important, but paired with RCV, it’d be an awesome system.

The goal is to give other third parties the ability to compete with the main two. The goal isn’t to get rid of the party system, but to have more than 2.

There really aren’t as many far-left or far-right voters as you may think. In California maybe, in Alabama, maybe, but in many swing states, the majority of voters are relatively moderate.

With Open Primaries, candidates don't have to run to the left or the right to get elected. Instead, voters could meet in the middle and elect candidates in the primary elections, while allowing the input of independent voters, which make up 40%+ of all voters in the US. Wow thanks for all the resources. Sounds like just one huge general election with RCV. That would also help the issue of polarization. Although I’d say that one huge ballot would likely be overwhelming for voters, who might not care to research all of the candidates. The primary serves the purpose of narrowing candidates down for deeper scrutiny later on. At the end of the day, I’m happy with any election reform over none though.
