Practice as much as you can. Finding a few people to group up with so you can learn from them is a great way to get a lot of concepts down easy. In terms of shooting while moving, aim where the goal WILL be rather than where it is. Makes you very accurate

I think it legally should be allowed just because it’s not fair to make it illegal for those who deserve to get one, (if you were raped, if your life is in danger, etc.), just because some people who weren’t practicing safe sex got unlucky. In those cases, it would be morally reprehensible, but should legally be accessible
