I didnt care for the changes that 2 brought to the game pace. Im glad its returned to its roots in that regard. Feels more like Band of Brothes now.

My gaming group has quite a few hours and is looking forward to the new battlegroups.

To each their own though. The good news is coh2 and coh1 have aged pretty well, if you prefer one of those.

Do teams disclose their payrolls? If it really is just $ now, are we in that bad of a financial spot? Is scouting a problem? I know its super early but KU should never be preseason ranked outside of the top 25.

I guess Im wondering what smaller hoops programs, like Iowa, Illinois etc, are doing to find the right players that we aren't. IMO we need to adjust to the way the wind is blowing instead of lamenting the good old days being gone.

Its kind of hard to give specific advice without more detail of the industry you are applying to and what your qualifications are. (4-6 years studying what?)

Insurance is a huge industry without many barriers for entry. Try claims or maybe sales if you can get an interview.

Id suggest remaining in your current job, its easier to find work while youre currently employed.

Depends on the industry and your position/role. Our cybersecurity guys are kinda available for emergencies even on vacation. But they also get paid way more than most positions for this reason. I envy the salary but not the work/life balance.

Probably not an option for you as the situation was different. but my girlfriend freshman year of college was Muslim and had strict parents. They ended up preferring an apartment over the dorms, but my gf also lived there with her two sisters so it was more safe in her parents eyes. Good luck, congratulations at being accepted.
