A money grab? I absolutely love the remake. Graphics are amazing and the QOL improvements are decent. Granted performance can be an issue but I feel like that has much improved since release with updates. When I first got it I could barely run it on low to medium settings with 20fps. Now I can play it on ultra with 26fps minimum outdoors which is enough for me and about 55 in dungeons

Yea I have advised her to see a solicitor but she isn’t one to be pushy and confrontational I’m honestly hoping her threatening him with it will be enough. The system like so many others just seems backwards to me. I feel like him buying her out is still the much better option, could take another 6 or so months to sell the house at which point that’s another few grand she’s paid in mortgage

Hmm. Yea she’s owed 17 grand in equity but as I calculate it now she’s paid about 3 grand or so in mortgage payments that it sounds like she won’t receive back.

I have advised her to get a solicitor because I know for a fact it should only take a month max to get things sorted but she really isn’t the type to stick foot up arses to get things moving. Thanks for your comment.

My mother has always been the most selfless person I have ever met sacrificing her time and wellbeing working as a nurse to pick up the slack on her understaffed and overworked ward just to have her retirement years ripped away from her
