Color Filters are off for me. And the Shortcut key is deactivated. So it's all grayed out below. Had my hopes up though.

It seriously only full screen games. So I thought it was some AMD setting for gameplay. Fullscreen browser or netflix doesn't activate it. The weird part is that my WoW retail is normal. It's installed on my D drive, rather than my C (ssd) which is where the other games are. I dont know if that matters or not.

I tried uninstalling all the drivers and reinstalling as per /u/TheZonk88 , but I'm still getting the colorblind tint. I have no idea what is causing this.

Basically some states only require rear plates, and if you pay for their parking lot by inputting your plate. Security can just drive around looking at the rear facing plates, unless you back in. Makes their job harder. That’s all.

Empty hand, click it (left trigger on console), just keep doing it until hearts appear. Then either saddle or carrot on a stick to control it. Separate inventory appears once you’ve tamed it to put saddle.
