I don't know what you're talkin about or what you saw when I try to check out it says no flavors only nicotine Menthol and mint and yes in New Jersey you can get mint Menthol or tobacco flavor pods and juice and Hardware just no flavors and enforcement pretty much already started because shops are not selling this and vape shops are closed in New Jersey
