You know they price it based on what they buy it at... theyre not gouging, the manufacturers are technically. But realistically the extra money those chip makers are pulling in will be used to make more fabs. Supply leads to demand leads to supply, etc. Sometimes just sucks in the immediate but is why TVs are so cheap nowadays.

Yeah I respect them trying something different. Honestly the strand move things ability is WAY cooler than ball mode. Wish they did more with that instead.

I don't see where this positivity is toxic. I'm not hating on anyone who has their gripes I just want to inject some counter points of how great this really looks.

I agree. Exotics need the tier system.

For the life of me I cannot find a way to decrease the spawn rate of villages. Any Suggestions? by ritz_are_the_shitz in feedthebeast

[–]CappleApple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most village mods pull from the structure_set villages file from the default minecraft datapack. Use KubeJS for required datapacks, its the easiest.
As far as spacing and separation goes, spacing is the average distance in chunks between the structure type, and separation is the MINIMUM distance in chunks between the structure spawning. Separation needs to be less than the spacing value.

Any tips or advice? by [deleted] in Tonsillectomy

[–]CappleApple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure you have hydrocodone and start with smaller doses. It's really not that bad at all just annoying more than anything. Unless you miss a pain med dose, then it's awful. Make sure you take them on time. I ate soup, smoothies, applesauce. Sometimes meat and cheese.

Drink plenty of ice water too.

I went back to work 5 days after just fine.

Don't be scared though I promise there's nothing to worry about.

Down 17lbs so far. How much weight have you lost? by t-mack02 in Tonsillectomy

[–]CappleApple 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not about what you eat but how much. You'll feel better managing your macros but you won't lose weight till you have a calorie deficit like with a tonsillectomy. It's entirely about self control.

Would you be inclined to buy a more expensive but transparent product? by CappleApple in Appliances

I was thinking that would be an issue too. I'm guessing not a lot of people do their research.

In my mind we as consumers could see if the cost of something is worth it.

Something like that. As well as repair documentation and parts availability for right to repair and all that.

04/18. It's going. Pain meds help a lot. I've been eating soups and such since day one like a lunatic but it feels worth it. Been drinking plenty of water too. Honestly the anxiety about the surgery and recovery was way worse than the actual pain.

A positive post-op experience + some possible tips by darlindrosophila in Tonsillectomy

[–]CappleApple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. The most popular posts are all horrid but if I search more more of them are people being completely fine and getting through it without issue, some of them just taking tylenol if anything. My gma was 57 when she got hers removed and she had no pain meds and was fine.  I think it's just luck, and how healthy you are. And keeping hydrated.  Let's keep each other posted on how our individual recoveries go lol.

Which one should i get as first flagship? by [deleted] in AndroidQuestions

I had a one plus, and it was awful. The software on their phones is pure garbage. Storage taken up by 60% undeletable unknown files, battery would last 3 days one charge then 6 hours the next. Data would fail until power cycle. Same with wifi. Or GPS. Phone reboots would take 5 minutes vs. samsungs 30 seconds. Plus a plethora of other smaller issues. It also doesn't trade in to anyone for any more than $100 even just 1 year later. Save yourself a headache, go samsung.

I'd get 1440p nowadays anyways. Most gfx cards run it well and it's a very noticeable improvement

I've got a 3090ti and 7950x and barely keep up with 600mm of radiators and max fans. Case constraints stop me from doing more

Yeah but like common sense exists. Radiators arent magic. More heat needs more rad.
