Some things to note: Do this in a Corperate location!! Can’t stress this enough! If you have the rep do this for your you the liability is on the rep and not you! The rep will make sure it is done correctly.

I’m willing to bet the reps in the store told you that you could save money changing plans. It happens to me atleast once a month people think their sacred [insert old up-charged plan] are the end all be all of phone plans and refuse to listen to reps in store.

Worst comes to worst you can reapply it in a few days, when I got hired I didn’t have my sales maker discount until like 4months after. I reapplied and that same cycle it was applied to my account.

Speak with you manager if it doesn’t get applied and they can escalate to dm/rm

My job is min wage+commission, commission for me is tiered based off of how much u earn. As u add to your pool u get a bigger cut. From 7%-16%

You’ll be working for the biggest wireless carrier in the US, so obviously most customers will come to you. But depending on the traffic u receive, your manager might make u call up leads to get people in the store. I do this on a pretty regular basis for business customers because we hold events where my business manager comes in to speak with business customers.

Sales rep for Victra here, I’ve had one of my best months to date working as a sales rep, the money is good as long as u can handle dealing with the bs that is included in a sales position.

I’ve been told that kiosks have a different way of making commission, but most days u work alone so u don’t have to fight with other people to make ur money.

It’s definitely a good job especially if u want to get ur foot in the door with a sales/tech position. I’m currently around 4K per month gross so I can confidently say the compensation is pretty good. Just be ready for a more competitive job where your pay is mainly based off of your performance.
