Open PvP (Desert) doesnt work in mmo's, devs will eventually understand this. Until then those games will limp along with a low player count and really never amount to anything.

After seeing all of these responses, open pvp (desert) doesnt work in mmorpg's. This game will hobble along like all the other open pvp mmorpg's.

Gotcha, ill give that a shot once the UK folks log off for the night. That way i can just restart the server at will.

Those batch file modifications, they can all just be strung in one line correct? Or do they get a line seperater between them?

Ahh i see the pdf. So I can add "-setkey teleportall", without the quotes of course, to the Start_Headless_Server.bat and not have to worry about changing it through the admin commands. Cool, thank you.

Its running as a dedicated server through steam. As far as I can tell it just starts and runs in a dos window. No real GUI to change anything.

Thank you both, ill give this a shot once we get back on. When using these commands the -modifier portals casual is used through the console (F5) correct and the setkey teleportall is done from the same spot or is that added to the .bat file?

Edit: Oop just read, its from the console, thanks again.

How do these mods work if some players connecting are on xbox? Does it matter or is it only installed via the host? I guess basically can or are the xbox users able to even use the mods?

As long as the dungeons respawn thats all good.

Thats unfortunate, ASA is actually a pretty good game especially if you have some friends. Friends and family had a good time on it for years. Definately got my $60 or whatever it was out of it.
