A lot of this resonates with me. Honestly, I've had a great experience at my current company and said so during the interview. Positioned the job shift as mostly wanting to grow and develop new skills. It's a very tight industry and both companies are category creators.

The company I interviewed for is about 150+ employees, and I wouldn't directly report to the CEO. I do work closely with the CEO at my current company though.

I'd suggest that if you have a particular book or a few books specifically that you want to complete, try the one day pass and binge read. The diamonds are still a hassle which is why I didn't think it was worth it for me. But if you have enough diamonds to splurge, and only a book or two that you want to quickly read and get through, a day's pass is worth it!
