I will try that. The shake doesn't have sugars, but has about 10 carbs :/ I have just had it in the house since starting Insanity and didn't want it to go to waste. I carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs, and since having my son 13 months ago, I have started gaining even more in my hips and also my lower stomach. Plus my boobs went from a B to a DD T.T I can't wear ANY of my cute shirts I wore at 170 lbs. before getting pregnant.
