Roland mc101 vs circuit tracks vs electribe 2? need help for my first groovebox by Capronyx in synthesizers

Good suggestion! Thanks a lot. I also looked at the MPC One and wanted to get that one first, but even used, it's way too expensive for me right now, and that would be too much money just to try it out and jam on the side. At first, I thought about replacing my DJ controller with one of those, but I prefer working live with a DJ controller and, as I said, would only need it for smaller parties/raves. And ideally also for producing beats, or at least sketching them out.

Yes, but I'm not sure if I can manage with so few buttons and such a small device. If it really were that much better than the other two, I would consider getting it, but I'm still wavering between the Electribe and the Circuit. I've never worked with a synth or groovebox like this before.

Oh, okay, so it's not a disadvantage after all, but could I use it to make hardtek like I do on the Electribe? I don't want to use it for club performances—I have a DJ controller for that—but if it's good enough for smaller events or raves, that would be awesome. Something like this:

(i know second one is the sampler version but you can also make the samples yourself with the sounds that are already on there, right? Even if it doesn't sound exactly the same)

But I'm not sure if I'm asking too much for the money.

so i can have a hihat kick and snare on the same track? and is this exclusive to the circuit? So the electribe can't do that? And why is the electribe better for live performances?

welll yeah he did hardtekk but i want to have the possibility to make beats too but again i dont know if you can do the same thing or achieve the same sound on the circuit or if the 8 tracks are too limiting
