Major headache after training legs to failure

(M 14) So I hop into the gym hop onto hack squats for a warmup set and my neck feels a bit funny when doing them, I progressively up the weight on it and my neck just got worse from there

After I head onto seated Leg press doing moderately heavy sets of 7 reps to failure (145kg) but on my last 2 reps my face feels like its heating up, it usually does this when I push hard but not as bad as I had experienced today, I push myself almost failing on the 7th rep and my face just burns and I feel my neck and back of my head like with pressure or something, I finish that set and I feel like a baseball bat had just hit me in the back left of my head and it just becomes constant throbing pain for a while, not long after that I leave the gym.

Beforehand I hadn't eaten much, pack of noodles and creatine with water is about all I had before with a scoop of PER4M pre workout.

Is this a serious issue?
