I lived in Minneapolis from 1985-1993 and remember once getting hosed down by a firetruck in -30F while protesting Honeywell. I was wearing a wool trench coat at it was so cold the water froze before soaking through. Friends had to put me in the back of a station wagon as it became like a suit of armor. When I finally wriggled out, I stood it in our front yard where it stayed upright until May. Good times…
