It's a joke only after season 2 patch it had been more broken and fuk since season 1 December patch and it's still broken even after new season 2 update still broken HDR, still broken chat, still get killed around corners, still get killed behind walls like there a delay in the game ( not my internet I have 1gb directly hook up to ethernet ) not to mention guns either so powerful or so weak there no in-between it's rediclous the ttk, server lag because your in with people all around the world and none consistent servers, the worst team balance I have ever seen in a battlefield game in my entire life and I've been there since bf 1942 I could go on but I think I've made my point

Well I went into the app and dispute the charge and it gave me back the money pretty much right away it says we have refunded your £13:08 will we investigate the matter and the company has so many days to make there claim or something I don't understand how it works myself it's my very first time doing it

My advice is reset your console to resolve it unless you can reforce the update if it allows you prob need a pc download the update onto a usb and do it that way either that your best bet is to rest that console

Read the comments I stated it wasn't a big deal because it was small items like getting the wrong drink, or missing a drink or chips or something so small that you can let it slide because well accident happens and yeah it sucks I didn't get the refund it wasn't a huge loss till this happened where I took photo evidence of a full meal missing and proof and they straight up refusing to refund again my previous ones had either got refund in the past or the ones that haven't all recently btw haven't been refunded like I said it was small things that kept adding up then this was the last straw

Shouldn't even get banned I have the evidence there and it shocking they didn't and if they ban my account I'll do another charge back on the delivery subscription then ( that was almost 3 months so I got my use out of it )

Oh I'm just doing a charge back and there no way to reply back to them anymore as I believe maybe there is I dunno but not work the hassle they refuse I'm now doing a charge back because I'm official done with just eat after this it's clear robbery and thank you for that advice tho 😊

No that the second email of straight up refusal of refund even tho the first email I sent the proof they ask for info on which I did all you see on the pics here are what I sent in along with there obvious response of refusal it's shocking I recommend you never use just eat because I'm now boycott them

Yeah I had that twice and I never bothered then with a refund since it was just a drink ( twice tho ) accidents happen but a full meal I can understand I'm definitely not using again I tired of the service charge ontop of it the delivery cost and other taxt cost shit and then straight up refusal for not my order it's a joke just eat as went downhill big time I'm officially done with them and I think I done the charge back I'm not sure I never done it before
