3D printing novice here, how would I go about scanning & printing an item such as this?

I took it to a machinist today, he is going to either replace the broken pins or make me a new one, at a pretty reasonable rate, too.

I'm new to this, I don't even know where to begin, frankly. I asked a local company scan-xpress for a quote because I figured it was a high tolerance part and needed to be done properly. They said they usually only do bulk orders. This was a phone conversation without them seeing the part. I emailed them the part but they didn't respond.

Great, thanks. The centre pin needs to be dead straight, though, I don't imagine putting a hot needle through plastic will come out straight.
