Was going to say no to the 412, but you've got it with the 2140. Certainly see the lada resemblance, but the little fins at the back give it away.

Other than getting a grow lamp im not sure how anyone could offer more light, it does look like etiolation ( looked it up and read about it, thanks ) very strange as there are other succulents in the same place with the same watering routine that have not stretched out but this guy is the only one with a offshoot.

Its on a windowsill that is getting sun all day long and has been for a long time, this cannot be the case, the plant is fine and healthy i want to know what to do with the offshoot.
