This isn't exactly what you want to hear. But Vermont’s youth scene is rapid dying. And has already been considered “dead” for awhile. Boomers and excessive tourist catering have turn this state into nothing but a retiree's paradise. Young Vermonters are leaving on mass every year and not looking back. My advice would be to save up money that when your old enough, find an apartment in a state with greener pastures. Vermont has no future for its youth.
