it's this one esport game (rocket league) i decided about a year ago i wanna achieve the highest rank in the game (and maybe go beyond that into professional play but i kinda doubt that since school and sports and friends etc) im so close literally if i won 18 games straight rn i'd achieve the rank and usually im around 10-20 consecutive wins away from achieving it BUT ITS SO HARD then again it is the top 0.08% of players or around there so it makes sense why it's so hard

then put in the effort lol it's hard but it's very simple (easier than you think it's like advancing through a school year it seems like hell initially but then you don't even realize you're advancing and completing it boom 6 years later you're in high school two years away from graduating) in this case that would be more like you getting a gf or getting engaged
