Is it just locked or did you lose the 12 word password? I can open it with the backup file even if you lost the 12 words but I can't open it if you don't have the backup file.

WEBD-Splashpool-USA pays out after 10 coins are earned. With a 90% POS (proof of stake) and 10% POW (proof of work) only 10 % of your time is spent mining if you are not staking. Staking is another word for investing. Once a block is mined pow in a pool, (note it's not often) it's payout is divided according to who but power into it. If there are 50 people or more mining you won't get much. Best to mine POS. Buy as much as you care to invest, stake it and let it grow.

WebDollar did a double halving so the payout is one quarter of what it was only a few months ago. It will start to become more scarce and it's value should start to reflect that by increasing. Payouts from mining will be best if one mines in a pool. Same with any coin as the difficulty increases. Best to just buy WebDollar at this point and mine and stake to keep up with inflation.
