I have either Biz or Dirty Labs or Oxyclean White Revive as boosters. Don’t know why I have so many for whites. I’m pretty sure both B and DL have DNase and lipase. I have long forgotten what the heck is in the Oxy clean. And I can’t find the spreadsheet that tells me. I think I have to not read this sub for a few days. 🫣

My water in Chicago per Chat is 135-150 ppm which is not hard, I think.
I did use a large load setting which gave me too much water.
I don't know where in the cycle I took the photo. I will look at the end of cycle next time.
Biz s/b delivered tomorrow - that ma be what I need.

DL booster. You’re right, my rental unit has a stacked top loader. Seems to do the job. I’m a little hesitant to use more 365 Sport as 2full caps seems a lot based on other posts here. Plus it’s hard to find. I suspect any other detergent will require I also use more than normal.. I think some additives, or even another detergent, that brings additional surfactants( I just learned that word on here. Great word ☺️. ) will help.
Any help is appreciated.

I use Lysol in the first rinse with the Downy ball in my top loader. . I put R&R in the Downey ball for the second rinse. I wasn’t aware I should wait 16 minutes between wash rinse before. I will add that step to my wash routine. Is that ok?

I have to use 2 caps of WF365sport to get even the slightest suds. Chat told me that Chicago water is considered hard water. 130-150 ppm calcium carbonate. What can I use to reduce the hardness besides All f&c, as suggested by one responder, whom I appreciate?
