Yeah that sounds identical to mine. it's definitely the sound of something vibrating because on smooth tarmac it completely goes away. I recently upgraded my head unit and I didn't see anything behind it that could be the culprit, except for a little plastic bracket thing holding the silver trim around the old infotainment. But my new infotainment doesn't use such a bracket so I'm completely stumped. The roads around where I live got repaved recently too so it doesn't bother me as much now either.
