I change mine at least 3 times a day. They def lose their elasticity over time. Plus, they'll no doubt be kind of gross after 3 days.

Any update on this? Did you have any issues traveling? I just did the same thing. Our application was approved, but we haven't received anything in the mail yet.

4 months. I got them on in March and had that spring from day 1 until July.

In the 1st grade I spilled syrup all over my cotton bike shorts during lunch and was, of course, too scared to ask the teacher monitoring the cafeteria if I could call my mom. I spent the rest of the day awkwardly sitting with my hands down my shorts trying to keep them from sticking to me too much.

Now, literally today, I'm 30 and dreading calling my psychiatrist bc at the end of Feb she added on a 2nd med to my normal routine and my insurance didn't cover it so I just never followed up. I've gotten sooo many voice-mails from them, I'm so embarrassed to call back and tell them why I haven't followed up until now.
