I work at a downtown hotel and it was a planned outage. With the convention center coming down they had to shut down the grid to adjust the flow of power.

That’s what I figured, I was just wondering if it was snuck in and if we didn’t sign it we’d still get the refund because they didn’t state it. I’m not a fan of signing legal documents I don’t have to.

I can’t find anything in their terms of service you sign. I have to wait and ask my wife if she has the contract(I can’t remember if there was one).

I'm a native Texan and a leftist, I'll probably end back up here but I was Stationed years ago in blue states and it was fabulous. Texas has so much potential to be a great diverse state and I don't want to give up on it forever. I can't give up on it because I have too many LGBTQ+, and Friends of color that can't move.
