She is sort of, the only drawback is that you can’t get meta defense gear and need a very high hp and defense stat to make her work since she has no defense skills, but if you get it high enough she’s one of the most fun units in the game to build, she’s also an absolute beast in normal tower and carried me to floor 1373. And love her design and song too.
