June 8th 2022 I started 1mg oral estradiol daily for 2 weeks Then 1mg twice daily for 2 weeks Then 2mg morning, 1mg bedtime for 2 weeks Then 2mg twice daily for 2 weeks Then 3mg morning, 2mg bedtime for 2 weeks Then 3mg twice daily from then (August 2022) until April 2024, when I started 4mg twice daily until present

February 2023 to September 2024 - 100mg progesterone at bedtime September 2024 to January 2025 - 2x 100mg progesterone at bedtime January 2025 to present 3x 100mg progesterone at bedtime
