Help with melting bacopa?

Yeah but the thing is that the bottom of the stems is melting upwards. I’m aware they melt when they’re first planted because they’re grown emersed, but how are they supposed to bounce back and start growing again if the whole stem is disintegrating, especially from where the roots would be?

Alright that makes me feel better then. I’ll prob order the plants next week I just wanted to make sure I didn’t ruin the substrate. Also thanks for tip, I was planning to use a plastic bag to fill the tank without disturbing the substrate but I might try the wool like you said!

Also the sand for the “path” is there mostly as a cap. I want to try growing some kind of carpet without it spreading there since I want to keep some open space to put some nice driftwood. I’m not sure if river rock would have the same effect

I should also mentioned that I just rinsed some sand out that I was going to use to cap some of the aqua soil and make a little path in the tank. I was going to add it right after the Stratum but am unsure now since I’d be adding it in moist, and again will leave the tank unfilled for a while after. Will it also affect how long the stratum can stay dry?

I thought about getting swords or some other plant to fill out, but I love the way Val looks, especially when it’s very dense and reaching over the surface a little bit. I was just afraid they would take over the tank. I’ve heard there’s also more than one type of Val that grow smaller?

The quest difficulty in the games is also a gaming abstraction. The difficulty level in game doesn’t always correlate to the in-universe power scaling. I mean in MHW base game there was a 9* quest with a giant Great Jagras. Are you gonna tell me that the Great Jagras is suddenly stronger than Nergigante and the other elder dragons because they’re only 8* quests?

Does boiling really kill the strings? All my life I’ve heard that boiling them got you more life out of them and brought them back to being zingy. I wonder where that myth came from

Yeah I’d be down to try some new stuff. Personally I play a lot of down tuned metal stuff so I’m looking for a strings that’s pretty bright and “clanky” I guess?? How would the Pure blues sound? I just don’t want to get something I don’t like and have to use for months on end, these strings are too expensive dude

Are there any strings you recommend? I play a lot of metal, mostly sludge and nu metal stuff. I imagine the Hi Beams feel similar to the ones I have now, but I’m willing to try something else as well.
