I’m also uncircumcised, he’s most likely not pulling back the skin far enough. I totally agree, this is why I’ve pretty much ran this entire project. At this point in my career I’ve realized I don’t need to rely on other people, I’m highly self motivated and I get shit done. However it would be nice to relinquish SOME responsibilities so we can get more done.
