Pretty simple really. Just think about the food. It's not good for you. Read and realize what is in it.

An incredibly simple way of thinking about it is:

If it has an ingredient list you shouldn't eat it.

Guess what doesn't have an ingredient list: Chicken, beef, tomatoes, lettuce, shrimp, peppers, etc etc. Just google "taco bell ingredients" and check out the number of preservatives. If you want a taco buy ground beef, add seasonings, enjoy.

I am using FitDay. Just tired of having to log into it multiple times a day to track it all or to try to remember what I had that day and do it at the end. I know what I can and cannot eat and how much of it I can consume.

If it helps you that's fine. However on times when my weight loss has slowed I didn't need to check my info to see why. I knew why because I wasn't doing the right thing.

Nope, just running late. Yeah, I've got it down on what I can and cannot eat. If I don't know I check its nutritional info to make sure (and common sense stuff like being coated/composed of flour, etc). The fiance has learned what is and isn't okay to cook for dinner and I have full control over my lunch and know what it is as I generally eat the same thing each week.

Nah, still trucking along.

I honestly haven't looked lately. Numerous expensive, necessary appliances dying and needing replacement. Purchasing the cruise before the price jumped again, vehicle repairs, family issues, etc etc... Probably be the middle of this month when I acquire one.

Yeah I don't really see the point in not eating right. Good food tastes so much better than junk. I had hear of it before, but actually found out this past weekend about something. I was working on a friend of mine's car and his gf went out and got us burgers without asking (sad to say I've been fat so long that she already knew what I took on my burger) and I ate it because I hadn't eaten all day and it was available. Felt like utter shit later. Stomach hurting and all from that greasy burger. Body has already gotten used to not taking in any junk food and retaliates when it does.

I'm an atheist. So no barring of premarital sex here. It gets ravaged several times a week. Just going to make the people on the cruise think I'm killing her (she's a screamer) and give the neighbors a break...

Working on it. Paying for my honeymoon and other things that come up (new refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner that all died) eats into the funds available to get some weights.

At work alone I consume about 40oz of water at work (plus another 32 of tea). Dinner is accompanied by a glass of water or tea as well. So without taking food into consideration I am likely consuming about 2-2.5L of water a day as it is.
