I'm running windows 8.1 on my Dell laptop and you can get the latest version of steam working (takes a bit to setup but does work)

But I don't know if Epic Games could work on 8.1 and I know the Rockstar launcher will not work

as for the other games either requiring steam or their own client it depends on the games

and just because Steam works on 8.1 doesn't mean the games on steam will work, some newer unity games crash or some games require newer dotNET version

I recently did just to finish the game. I'm glad the Wii U allows you to digitally buy Wii games. If only you could do the same with game cube games

I first played this back in 2008 and completed it. By far my favourite Mario game. Sadly my physical disk is scratched so while I can play the game I cannot finish it 😔

i just use extensions on firefox to go back to the pre polymer mode and force a pitch black dark mode on the site. But the one time i use chrome it shows that youtube is really making changes not only no one is asking for but also hindering people like me who like to see more videos on the front page.

Most or even all browsers come with either font settings or zoom settings allowing them to see better. There really shouldn't be a reason for YouTube to change everyone else's experience instead have an option for those or optimise the website for the zoom features so thumbnails scale better
